How it started:

I was a recent graduate from college with very little money when I first started making caramels. My family had been wonderful all through school and I wanted to do something nice for them in return. Since I couldn’t afford expensive gifts, I decided to make something. I found a caramel recipe and experimented until I found that magical combination. I chose caramel in particular because it is one of my grandmother’s favorites.

The caramels were quite a hit with the family, especially my grandmother. She has a standing order every time I come to visit – I’m not allowed in without them!

Indulge has given me a chance to slow down, turn off the phone and email and indulge in a little ‘me’ time. And that is exactly what I hope that the people who enjoy my caramels can do when they eat them – take some time out, and Indulge in a little something just for them.

Indulge caramels remain a labor of love and are all made by hand.
